For Sierra

Finally finished!  Here is board number 3.  I actually finished it at the end of last year, but with a new little baby in the mix i didn't have time to post.  My wife is very happy and i am sure she will enjoy it even more when she has the chance to get it in the water!

It is a big improvement over the first two boards i made weighing in at 3.8 kgs or 8.4 lbs including glassed on fins.

Beautiful board.
I really like your build technique.
Are the rails 1/4 inch ply and cork laminated together?
If so what thickness cork and ply do you use?
I assume gorilla glue will do the job, but do you steam the ply first?
Keep up the good work.

Man those are beautiful! Please forgive me if you've already stated this, but you use 1/8 birch plywood on these right? How are you spacing your supports? And what do you suppose would happen if you took cork out of the rails?

This blog is very informative and interesting, the way you described the good thing of your blog and other cities where the real estate sector is booming day by day is incredible especially about the 2 BHK flat in kolar road, 3 BHK flat in kolar Road and 4 BHK flat in kolar road which are in high demand now a days as it is one of the developing areas. of Bhopal.
